Constipation

Hi mommies, this is gonna sound weird but how frequent do you guys poop? I have been bothered with constipation through my pregnancy.. any sharing would help. Anyone else also having pregnancy constipation? Any tips to ease it? Thank you.

You can request lactulose syrup when needed. It helps soften bowel. Alternatively have banana, papaya or drink yakult to wash down bowels.

Once a day but tbh quite dry and a bit difficult to pass… drinking more water and maybe eating dragon fruit and plums will help

Go NTUC to find yellow dragonfruit (this to be this color - eat 1 will do) or look for prune juice. Those helped me alot’

What helped me was fybogel and lots of water and walking.
