When will get normal mensus after delivery (normal delivery)

depends on your own body. my menses came after 2.5 months of postpartum. i was on mixed feeding. but if you're purely BF, chance of getting menses might be months later

Did u just deliver and start breastfeeding? If yes, then the cramp is ur uterus contracting when u bf/pump. My menses came 5mo pp and I’m on exclusive pumping

Depends. My friend had her period only 2 yrs after birth and she was not breastfeeding her baby.

It varies on each person.. for me it took 5 to 6 months
