When will get normal mensus after delivery (normal delivery)

Been experiencing lower stomach cramps the past 2 days, like mensus is coming soon. Gave birth 2 mths ago. Mainly breastfeeding unless gg out.

Did u just deliver and start breastfeeding? If yes, then the cramp is ur uterus contracting when u bf/pump. My menses came 5mo pp and I’m on exclusive pumping
