Spent some time to grieve over your loss. It takes time but the feeling will eventually go away. In the meantime, focus on recuperating your body so that you are healthy to have the next one again!
I had a miscarriage last year end at week 10...was quite sad for awhile but keep telling myself it's ok. jus try again.. 2 months later I am pregnant again and currently at week 31.
Grieve together with your husband it is very important not to blame each other and start to look forward everyday for your next pregnancy. Go out for short trips.
