It’s normal! It’s just your body preparing for labour. If your contractions are not every 5 minutes or less, it’s false contractions. Just continue to monitor your symptoms as days go because active labour can happen anytime too. Use the app “contraction timer” (in mint green) to time your contractions and see the frequency.
