Can bb sleep on bean bags pillow?

I don't think its advisable to let baby sleep on bean bags pillow. As the bean bag pillow is not flat, there may be a risk of suffocation if baby turns his or her head. And there isnt really any benefit as well for sleeping on it. Baby's head should be lying on a flat surface.
