about pregnancy

Hi mommy. Hindi kasi talaga malalaman when ung exact conception date natin unless siguro nagttrack ka talaga ovulation date mo, when mafettilize egg mo, etc. - which I think is very hard and tedious to do :) Pero conception date is usually near our LMP kaya un ang ginagamit na basis to calculate EDD ni OB. Approximate lang naman din lagi ang due dates that we get from both calculating # of weeks pregnant via use of LMP or when the doctor measures ung size ni baby during transvaginal ultrasound. Kaya rin laging sinasabi na pwede tayo manganak 2 weeks earlier or later than the estimated due date na pinrovide satin. Not sure if magulo explanation ko but hope it helps :)
