In my case, si husband ang nagpadede muna sa bottle and nagpapatulog sa gabi. whenever she reaches out for my breasts, may nilalagay ako na lipstick near the nipples and tell her na may "red" kaya hindi pwede, she understands naman each time and that keeps her off for a while. umaalis muna ako ng room pag bottle-feeding time or pinapatulog siya. after 2 weeks, hindi na siya nag-attempt dumede sa akin and lumakas na rin milk intake niya from the bottle. the husband took an active role kasi she insisted on breastfeeding kahit naglalagay na ko ng garlic, ampalaya, serpentina, and luya.

Try "gentle weaning" po kung kaya pa ng oras. Ito po ang unti-unting pag-aalis ng dede at hindi biglaan. The concept is "Don't offer, don't refuse". - Kailangan malakas nang kumain ng solids. Make sure pakainin muna ng solid meals bago sya bigyan ng dede. - Need the participation and distraction of other household members everytime maghahanap ng dede. - Unti-unting bawasan ang dalas ng bf sessions.

hiniwalay ko Muna si baby sa akin Ng 1 week pinagbakasyon ko siya sa Lola nya. mabigat sa kalooban pero need na. Ayun napilitan siyang dumede sa bote for 1 week dahil Wala Ako. and now sa bote or sa baso na siya dumedede ☺️🥰
