My baby is turning 3 tomorrow. Mahilig sya sa nursery rhymes and most of the time kumakanta pero Hindi clear Yung lyrics. He's not used to call me mommy or say daddy even "Dede" for milk. He's not communicating like other kids with his age. Do you think may speech delay sya?

Pacheck mo sa dev pedia. Ok lang kung medyo bulol but the problem is yung communication nya. Like what you said, hinde ka nya tinatawag na mommy and di sya makaask ng dede when he needs to
