My gynae advises to walk more, sleep on the left side at night as it will facilitate baby to turn head down. Also prop up your butt with pillow for 15 mins every night before sleep (with legs lay flat on bed). This will help baby to turn head down. Hopefully this helps before your labour is due. :)
Dear i think you just go with the flow.. Sometimes we cn do what we can but ultimately it depends on the baby.. Dont stress yourself out and pray for a smooth labour and healthy baby! Good luck!
