You need to keep him clean with clean water, many changes of clothes and apply skin bearer if theres in the nappy. (Daprolene cream is good too). If the LO is attending a childcare, please rush him to the PD. Local Polyclinics offer cheaper rates and good PD too. Get well soon sweeheart! Hugs
