5W LO keep waking up

My baby keep waking up in her day nap. The moment i put her down 5 mins later she wake up. I carry and cuddle her then i notice she easily startled! Not sure nightmare or what First time like this. Previously is okay. Anyone have same issue? She sleeps well at night though
