My baby keep waking up in her day nap.
The moment i put her down 5 mins later she wake up.
I carry and cuddle her then i notice she easily startled! Not sure nightmare or what
First time like this. Previously is okay.
Anyone have same issue?
She sleeps well at night though
My LO just hit a month old and recently also facing the same issue. Sought advice from friends and they told me it’s normal and it is peaking during this period. Will only get better after 3rd month.
We had been through the same situation before. It was a phase. Hope yours get better soon
