Little one waking up in the middle of the night

My 14 months old toddler has been crying out loud in her sleeps for the past week and will only stop if I latch her. Is this a phase or is she not feeling well? Sometimes she will wake up crying in her day naps too.

Has your LO been having stuffy nose? With the recent cold weather at night, my LO always has trouble sleeping and would really make a fuss through the night when he is uncomfortable.
