Neck Control

My baby just turned 4 months. He still cant lift his head though when lying face down or during tummy time. What can u suggest should I do?

Hello mo, kamusta po mga los nyo? can they lift yun head na nila sa tummy time? yun baby girl ko din almost 2mos na di pa din naangat pero 1month adjusted siya, kaya niya lift pag nasa chest ko lang.
