My baby has allergies on his face. He is mixfed. Is it possible that it is because of what I eat and my son can get the allergy through breastmilk? I am already on hypoallergenic diet to prevent his allergies but they just wont seem to go away completely. What to do? Thank you.

You can try your pedia's advice to have a hypoallergenic diet for few more weeks and see how it goes. If doesn't improve at all, check with the pedia again. I personally eat anything I want and my babies never experienced any allergies from breastfeeding. They are exclusively breastfed by the way.
