Newborn rashes

My baby girl start to have rashes on her right cheek. And then it's spread to left cheek, forehead, now to eyelids and ears. I'm not sure it's just a heat rashes or something else. I googled and there are several types of acne can occur to newborn. What i should do now? Wait for it recover it's own or bring her to clinic.
