Baby's laugh

Hello! My baby girl is almost 1 month old and she chuckles randomly followed by a smile and sometimes like she's about to cry. Is this normal? I don't know if newborns do that.

I think that’s normal. But best to mention to your pedia when you have your monthly checkup
