Hi, It can be acne. It can be baby acne and thankully it is just temporary. Like in adolescents acne and pimples occur because of hormonal changes in the body, the same happens with the babies, just that not because of their hormones but because of their mother's which are still circulating in their bloodstream. You can not do much but to be patient and wait for them to go away on their own. But a few precautions that you can take are; not to use soap, not to squeeze the boils. You can wash them off with water two or three times a day and dab it with a clean soft cloth. You can wait for a little while and see whether they are going off on their own and they are causing any irritability to the child. If they are increasing or showing further increase in their number then I suggest you should once show your child to the doctor. This way you will be mentally relaxed as doctor can physically see him and guide you better.

It is either due to heat or some sort of food allergy. If you gave any new food to your then I suggest stop that and see if there is any improvement. Do visit the paediatrician and see if ur baby needs to see a skin specialist

My 2 daughters had experience it before they reach 3yrs old in any parts of their body, some will appear at the same time but most of the time one at the time..my pedia said their body get easily heat up.. We have noticed that if they consume heat producing food boils will appear..so we tried to avoid those food and drinks, and it will be best to feed them plenty of water..

One could be excess heat. Or the oils used for massage. Another could be the foods u may be eating yourself and then breast feeding. Pls see ur pediatrician.

Yes I'm using chicoo and Himalaya products for her since birth and till now nothing went wrong ..Since last week this very tiny boils started appearing on her face , I think it may be becos of climate change as in last year also she got the same problem and hence my pediac suggested me to use cetaphil lotion for her so iam following that as of now , hopefully it must go..will wait for tdy as well den go check wid my doc ... no irritation as well for her ...

Try sebamed soap!! Stop applying oil on babies face!! Best is talk with ya paed. before it gets worse
