Which is better nido 1-3 or lactum 1-3?

Hello! my baby is currently taking bonakid 1-3 she's just 2 years old and 1 month. I want to switch to nido or lactum but I don't have yet any idea for that 2 formula milk. I want to change her milk because her weight is almost 20kg is that okay at her age? please help me hehe thank you!!
