Dream feeding

My baby boy is currently 3 months 19 days. I’ve read and heard about dream feeding but would like to know more from parents who have done it first hand. Currently on 100% formula milk. 1. How do I dream feed? 2. In the day when awake, my baby doesn’t take in milk when he’s not hungry or not his feeding time. Will my baby take in milk during dream feeding? 3. Any other advice? Thank you in advance!

I think dream feeding is for night time, to feed baby before he’s completely awake and demanding milk. If your baby sleeps through the night, though, then there’s probably no point in dream feeding. At 3m+, you and your baby have already seemed to establish a routine, so I think you can stick with it

Yes, he has his night routine and wakes up about 2-3 times per night to feed. I intend to let him sleep through the night, hence the dream feeding. I tried yesterday but he still woke up 3 hours later to feed.
