Nap issue

My baby is 6 months & 2weeks old now, she has been using a pacifier since she was 2months old. Am trying to wean her off as I’ve been waking up almost every night at 4am to 6am to pick the dummy for her! Today is the 4th night not having her dummy. But... I have a problem now! She would not nap for more than 30mins for the past 3days! ? I’ve tried her rock her in my arms but the moment I put her down, she will cry & not to continue to nap! Any suggestions what can I do? My caregiver will sure give her the dummy again when I’m back to work. I don’t want to waste all my effort for the past few days and also not to confuse my little one.
