36 weeks late prem baby

Hi, my baby is 36 weeks latw prem baby, now he already 6 months and 7 days old. Is it normal he did not crawl/ sit yet? He really love to lie down ( meniarap ) before this whenever he meniarap he will make an angry sound. Now little less already making that sound whenever he meniarap. Is it also normal?
