Cow's Milk Allergy

This is for babies on formula. Our baby was recently diagnosed with Cow's Milk Allergy or Atopic Dermatitis. Dryness and rashes appeared on the T Zone area, from the scalp, down to both the eyebrows and to the chin. Our pedia said it is itchy and be mistaken as baby acne. But this one makes the newborn fussy and irritable, snore like sound during breathing which manifest around 10pm to 2am and regurgitates some milk during burping after feeding. We were at lost at first because we dont know whats going on with him. Our pedia changed his formula to a hypo allergenic or hydrolized whey. If this wont work, he will then be taking steroids. Hopefully everything will be fine since its usually around 10 days from the start of the new formula for the rashes to slowly disappear.
