Hi, just to share. Folic acid is really effective, especially if u are trying to be pregnant. Make sure folic acid di ambil 6 bulan sebelum conceive. Also, exercise and jaga makan. I ttc juga, baru dpt tahu pregnant. My friends yg ttc for 5-6 years pun did the same. Folic acid, exercise jaga kesihatan, lose excess weight and jaga makan. Good luck
