My husband and I are new to Singapore. It has been a while since we went out. We love live music. Are there any places that you can recommend?

We love live music and usually hang out at Clarke Quays bars or places with live bands. One of my favourite 'fancy' places is at Parkview Square (close to bugis). The bar inside is a throw back into the 1920s with attentive staff and a great live singer in the evening.

Yes!!! Love the ambience here. Order wine and your waitress will fly up the cellars to retrieve it for you. Quite the experience! do check the band timings ahead of time!

Agree with Melissa, Timbre is great. We also like heading down to Holland Village. A number of restaurants have good live band. There is also Hood Bar & Café in bugis.

Timber at The Substation is pretty popular for their live music and food. Wala Wala Cafe and Blu Jaz Cafe see quite a few expats and locals too. Enjoy!

City Space bar in Swisshotel also plays live music in the evenings. A bit pricey, but the view is fantastic and the atmosphere is great :)

If you’re willing to travel out to the east side, little island brewery at Changi has live bands and really nice craft beers

Thank you folks, we tried out Blu Jaz Cafe and had a really nice evening. The rest are on to try list :)

If you're staying in the west, Sixty40 at rochester mall has live music every wed to sat night Can try it out too.

You can try Blue Jaz at Bali Lane or Wala wala at Holland village

Esplanade! There's free live music performance every day!

thanks
