married for 2 years but not pregnant yet. i think my diet is healthy enough (still drink and smoke once in a while in social settings, but very rarely…). but i dont regularly exercise… do you think it is because of my lifestyle?

Hi I want to ask… is it true that coffee really affects our hormone? i’ve been struggling with irregular menstrual cycle and some people say try cutting my coffee intake as it screws woman’s hormone
