ask lang po sana if me same situation ako dito.. i am married po with my ex hubby pero hiwalay na kami for almost 10yrs. as of now i am currently pregnant with new partner..since surname po ni ex hubby ang gamit ko, hindi ako nkapagfile for sss maternity benefits. Now i was wondering kung pwede ko magamit ang philhealth ko since CS kasi yun advise sakin ng OB ko. pls dont hate po..i know kelangan sinettle ko muna un annulment before this pero nandito na at pareho nman kmi ni ex hubby me partners na. Yes momsh, magagamit mo naman yung philhealth mo, basta updated ka lang sa contributions mo. Bakit po di kayo nakapagfile sa sss momsh? Matanong ko lang, anong grounds daw po?

Ay oo, need nga ng bc po ni baby sa sss. Pero ask mo pa din sa sss momsh pano pagganong case po saka ask mo na din sa philhealth, kung yung sayong bill (mother) pasok naman yun sa philhealth po. Yung sa baby mo ask mo din po, kung di mo ipapaapelyido sa current surname po. Medyo magulo po hehehe para lag sure ka bago ka maadmit.
