Philhealth Proxy

Ask ko lang po kung pwede ba magpaproxy sa philhealth then magbigay nalang ng authorization letter? Suggest po kasi sakin sa philhealth na next year ko na bayaran yung 2400 since early 2020 pa naman ang due date ko dahil nga po good for a year lang yung 2400. Feb pa ang due date ko kaso po possible po akong manganak ng january at natatakot po akong lalabas labas ng ganung time. Pwede po ba magpasuyo nalang or ako pa din mismo ang pupunta? TIA.
