ask ko lang po kung ano po ang ginagawa ng ibang nagkabuntis na kapag tinatamad o ayaw mong kumain? kawawa naman kasi si baby kasi tamad na tamad talaga ako ?

Inom ka pong milk and always have healthy foods na madaling i-prepare like; oat meal, cereals, bread with different option sa palaman, banana, apple, hard boiled egg, para po ma-encourage kang kumain kasi kakainin mo nalang, di kana magluluto or bibili which is lalong nakakatamad. 😂
