Momshie if as in kakapanganak mo pa lang(Normal) suggest ko iwas ka sa mga fud n titigas un pupu mo. More on oatmeal and masasabaw n ulam and papaya and lots of fluids.

first 2 weeks soft diet lang 😊 after that, wala naman bawal just make sure to eat in moderation mommy 😊 pero iwas sa malansa kapag nagbbreastfeed 😁

hi mommy! food with allergens are some of the foods na ineencourage na iwasan muna especially during the first months of breastfeeding. babies' skin may react due to these foods and it can also trigger allergies since it can flow through our milk 😊 may babies na nagkakarashes or dry/scaly patches kapag malansa.
