12. Hello Atty Vincent, my partner & I aren't married yet and we're having a baby. Here are some of my questions. Q1: My mom is pushing na kahit daw acknowledge ng partner ko ang baby namin, it will still an illegitimate child. Is it true? Q2: If we want our child to be under 'legitimate' status, after we get married what will be the process of changing the status? Q3: What will be the pros & cons if our baby stays as an illegitimate one?
