Hi mummy it’s best to use a cotton cloth, wet it with luke warm water and clean the baby tongue every morning don’t do it too many times in a day not good for the tongue.

If there's nothing else then use wet cloth. Never ever use cotton wool as some might get stuck inside the mouth.
