Approaching end of my 1st trimester, headache nausea getting worse. Lose my appetite, getting more anxious and nauseated almost all day. What you'd do to reduce all these?

im just eat bread, milk and fruits

I consume all these. But the after taste irritate my taste bud😢they go bitter and i'll salivating a lot after that.
