Any safe acne cream recommendation during pregnancy

Appreciate if moms out there can share any safe and effective products on how to treat acne during pregnancy. I’ve a bad breakout and the pimples are very painful. Kindly help thank you.

Sama mcm sya starts pregnntt terus muka breakout, tapi sya pakai skintific punya moisturiser dan sunscreen shja siang mlm hnya pakai bedak sejuk , jerawat semakin kering
