Pain reliever cream

Hi all theasianparent community, Do you all have opinion if there's any cream that safe to use during all 3 trimester to treat backpain or body aches. Please do help to give your opinion

cream tktau sgt. afterbirth boleh laa pakai cream bidara ke serai wangi ke. but if u need supplement, calcium + d3 helps. tkdelaa hilang terus but not so painful after consume.

time pregnant elakkan pakai cream atau balm panas area perut/belakang perut. tk disarankan. tpi kalau nk confirmation, refer dr o&g awk ye. Mcm sy guna minyak urut bunga matahari je. dgn body butter. yg tu selamat. urut pun bahagian belakang je. perut n bawah perut tkleh kacau. pasyu sy makan calcium+d3. tk sakit2 sangat bdan.
