Exercise?

Apa aktiviti sukan yg sesuai utk pregnant moms? I used to run, hike and swim before pregnant. Boleh ke continue? Tgh PKP ni, asyik buat stretching, peluh pun tak byk -27weeks-

I'm 7th month pregnant. Masih active exercise. Cardio & weight bearing. Don't overstretch, you might hurt yourself. 1. Monitor heart rate that suit for pregnant women 2. Choose suitable place to exercise. Example, treadmill & home area 3. Lower the intensity. This is not your beast mode time. I am pregnant & Postpartum trainer and fitness professional.
