Control sugar intake . Do self test , 4 times a week (3 times weekday!1 time weekend). Avoid eating ripped papaya. Eat more fruits . I choose 🍐 , sufficient water , eat more vegetables ( sayur daun). Spinach, broccoli, sawi and only eat brown rice. You will be good . At the same time you could avoid gaining more weight.
