Anyone here who won against the father of the child about child support? Or anyone here has ever tried to file a case to vawc? What are the requirements? And what did happen during the process?
Try nyo muna po mag usap sa brgy. Gagawa kayo ng kasulatan na dapat syang mag sustento. If hindi sya nag bigay padin. Kuha ho kayo ng copy ng kasulatan sa brgy then filw nyo na po sa womens desk ng pnp para po makapag file kayo ng case. Patulong po kayo sa womens desk ng pnp tutulungan ho nila kayo
