low hemoglobin

Anyone here who experience low in hemoglobin during pregnancy? Is your baby fine? Complete or no complications? I am worried because my hemoglobin is 114 and the normal count is 120-160. And my dr. Somewhat scolded me. Because according to her if your hemoglobin is low the baby will be possibly incomplete or will have complications. And its really stressing me ??? Im at 36weeks now. Please anyone....
