Red Dates Drink Before Delivery

i drank coconut fresh from husk during the last month of pregnancy & red dates during the one month of confinement

My wife drank but not daily as it will cause body 'heaty'.

I wasn't told but I drank. High in iron content!

before delivery it's best to drink coconut water
