Depends whether you had a vaginal birth or c sect. For #1 I did 10 days, started after 1 week. For #2 I did 5 days, started after 4 days. You would need to wait longer if u had a c sect
I went through normal v delivery and started post natal massage 4 days after i have delivered. I took 2 sets of 5 days. Was advised that the minimum would be 5 days.
