Oscar Test. Gynae at Parkway east hospital.

Hi anyone here seeing gynae at PEH and intend to do the test. Apparently they do not have Oscar. If you intend to opt for Oscar instead,does that mean you can do it at KKH ? Anyone here can share their experience ? Also heard that for Oscar, you cant opt for it if more than 13 weeks,is this true? TIA

The OSCAR test includes a scan which looks at the nuchal translucency (area behind the neck). This scan needs to be done between 11 and 13 weeks to be interpreted accurately. Hence, you can’t opt for it earlier or later. I’m not sure about private centres, but all the public hospitals with O&G services do offer this test
