Anyone know what is keto diet about? Wat food to eat and avoid?

Hi... Ketogenic” is a term for a low-carb diet (like the Atkins diet). The idea is for you to get more calories from protein and fat and less from carbohydrates. You cut back most on the carbs that are easy to digest, like sugar, soda, pastries, and white bread.

No carbs diet. Only protein allowed. Blood veins will burst when you accidentally eat carbs. Try opt for low carbs instead of keto

Low carb diet. I think avoid food high in carbs like rice. Can substitute with quinoa for example
