hello po mommy best is diet po low carbohydrate limit po intake po ng rice, white bread, pasta, mga kakanin,biscuits, pancit ,bihon anything with starch limit po kc convert po Yan sa sugar pag na digest po, also sugary food pastries, cake ice cream, chocolate...even fruits na matatamis po like mango limit lng lahat po. exercise help po Yan moms , eat green lefty vegetables po.
diet po. if still not lowering the blood sugar visit a doctor specializing diabetes po for proper treatment while preggy. I am a type 2 diabetic currently taking insulin.
yan din problem ko mommy, type 2 diabetic din ako pero wala pa namang insulin. Before ko malaman na buntis ako pinagtetake ako ng mga gamot. Good thing di ko pa nabibili kasi buntis na pala ako.
