Fixing/Assembling furniture

Anyone heard that if preggies must avoid watching people fixing/assembling furniture? My mom said she has not heard of it so she went ahead and assemble a trolley cart with my presence. While my MIL insist I should avoid all these. Any one heard why we must avoid and what will happen? Thanks.

Ever lost 2. Blessed to be a mother of 2 princess.

It's an old folks myths. No knocking & drilling at home when you are pregnant. Since it's done, don't think about it~

There are no bases for all these superstitions. But you do keep distance for safety purposes.

Dont worry so much. Superstitious belief. Not really proven that is causes harm.
