Incompetent Cervix
Is anyone here have incompetent cervix and had the cervical cerclage? I just feel worried all the time i cant even get some sleep thinking and thinking being paranoid with everything if something weird or hurts down. I dont know if its normal or what but its really hard.
I also have an incompetent cervix. Naka open ang cervix ko ng 1cm last march 13, 2nd ultrasound ko. Cerclage nga ang advice sa ganutong case. But i prefer medical treatment. Pinag heragest ako ng ob ko and isoxsuprine. Until mag 36 weeks ako, yun ang gagawin ko. And super bed rest lang. Pwede naman umupo, but not in a long period. Mas lamang dapat ang bed rest. Cerclage kasi, natakot ako. Pag hindi tinanggao ng katawan ko yung procedure na yun at mag contract ako, sasabog yun sa loob ko at still mag miscarriage ako. Sayang pa pera. So bed rest na lang and medicine. And prayers always. So far, hindi na ako dinudugo. Ang hopefully next visit sa ob, ok na ako.
Magbasa paHi Davie. Yan sundin mo advice ni mamshie Lovely. Experienced na yan. Same lang naman, bed rest, no lifting, bawal mag strain mag poop, and no stairs. Ako kasi matigas ulo ko, pag may check up kami, gusto ko mag lunch out, starbucks, or mag grocery. Nakakafrustrate lang kasi di makita ang outside world. Pero talagang pakiramdaman mo sarili mo, all the time. 35 weeks 3 days na kami. My OB said tibay ng baby ko. My cervix is still at 1.2 cm functional length, and hindi pa open. Looks like we'll make it to 37 weeks!

My thoughts, too. I had it done anyway. It's been 4 days since, I am advised total bed rest, but i don't have pain and swelling. I had anesthesia through the spine, but it wasn't painful also. Kaya mo yan!
Thanks sis! Answered prayer din kasi mas less risky na, and tama nga na malaki chances na no need for an incubator. Nagpapasched na kami, baka wednesday or saturday ako induce. Praying for everyone in this thread, including the babies! 😘😘😘❤️❤️
Abba sis i gave birth na pla :) umabot din km 37 weeks ng contraction na kc ako dun din tinangal nla ang cerclage. Baby is healthy baby boy :) his 1month n 20 days now
Hndi nmn after cerclage ng work pa nga ako noon pero light work n no walking ng mahaba n no stairs tpos ng 5mos nko tigil nako sa work but during that time ngpapa ultrasound ako after cerclage para makta kung ok ung cerclage n cervix ko after noon modified lang ako nglalakad lang papunta cr maligo n pee n poo tpos baba lang ng stairs if mg check up. Sa poo nmn bawal tayo mgstrain sa constipation kaya mg prunes ka every kain mo n eat veg n fish wag lang muna madaming meat para hndi ka ma constipate
Maaga pa po yung akin. Im still on my 16 week. Hindi ako nagpaganyan kasi depende sa katawan ng patient kung kaya nya yung ganyang procedure. So i prefer medical treatment na lang
Hello sis oo fullterm si baby na hrapan pa sila mgtangal ng cerclage ko nga. Ng bed rest ako n no stairs baba lang kung kailangan like mgpa checkup n upo if kakain n maliligo n punta sa cr.

Yes po kailangan lang bed rest and mgpa cerclage. My ob din is high risk pregnancy type of ob din. Maselan masaydo kaya paranoid ako sa mga konting bagay sa katawan ko lalo na sa baba.
