Any cause of concern @ 34weeks for baby limbs to be 2 weeks behind gestational age?

Hello, anyone have experience with your baby limbs growth 2 weeks shorter than gestational age? Any major cause of concern ? Doctor mention it was due to lack of calcium & with calcium supplements now, it will compensate. Any thoughts?

I think it's quite common, it's estimated weeks not 100% accurate like mine every scan, tummy head etc estimated weeks is either ahead or behind EDD as long as healthy and doctor did not spot any unusual it's fine, like what your doctor suggest, supplement may be one of the options
