If my bb's femur length is measured to be 2 weeks behind her gestational age, but ac is 1 week behind and hc is normal, is there a risk of dwarfism? I'm currently at 27weeks+ but her femur is measured to be 25 weeks+.

I don't really know a scientific explanation but I think your baby will be just fine. My younger brother was the same when he was in my mom's womb. Everyone including the doctor was worried that he was not growing well. He came out tiny and was "short" and small for the longest time. But as soon as puberty hits, he grew so tall and hasn't stopped growing since. I hope this reassures you and will make you worry less.
