COVID-19 +ve while pregnant?

currently on my D3 c19 and pregnant 9week. feeling so lethargic that i cant even walk. numb from waist down. bed rest all the time and symptoms only adding up. and being pregnant having morning sickness 24/7. everything just so tiring 😞
